Sometimes we need someone to lean on.

Every day we come across different situations that provide opportunities for us to heal our past. One of the biggest influences on my healing has been becoming a practice member within the Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) family. Most people who find this practice find it under the auspice of needing help with a certain pain issue. Whether it’s a pain in their back or a referral from a friend or family practice member – people are discovering the benefits of this care.

This care has brought me to a place in my life where the rhetoric has just stopped, and I am open to healing. The magic in this work is it opens you to the authentic you. Imagine with me, if you will, that you are looking at a fetus in the beginning stages of development.
You would be able to see the brain and the spinal cord. Now imagine that the mother’s experiences are programming this child with commands that will help the child to extract all the information it will need to survive.  At the point that a child has been born, we refer to the child as a sponge, soaking up their entire environment. About the age of seven we then begin to discern the truths of what we want to believe, and take into our experience. For the rest of our lives, we will then perceive life through the lenses of the belief sets. If we choose to and, only if, “WE” choose for ourselves, can we have the ability to heal our perceptions.

With NSA we are able to heal the stored traumas and move beyond our/story. We begin to unravel this programming and experience our true potential. The most beautiful thing is that there is no ceiling to the healing we can receive. We move above and beyond to reach our true potential, and we then are able to find a new un-programming that allows us to perceive more of the world. Thus, opening our perception to new experiences that are uncluttered by our judgments.

I do recommend finding a Network Chiropractor in your area. In my experience, the more you can get out of the way of yourself, the faster you will heal. You can find one in your area here. I’m sure they will let you lean on them until you find your new feet to stand on.

Falling Down that slippery slope.

There is something about raising your energy that needs to be addressed. There will come a time when you feel as if your energy is high, and you might feel like quitting the world at that point. There is another feeling that comes also. This feeling is the “if I can’t beat them I will join them” syndrome. This will instantly find a way to lower your energy and put you in your place with the masses. There is nothing wrong with taking the blue pill and returning to your previous life for a while, but I will tell you it will take a bit to get back up to that energy you were feeling before.

It is so interesting, one of my friends states it like this, “the drum of the shit in the world beats constantly, 24/7, it’s our responsibility to ourselves to use our strategies and retain our high energy. Nobody can do it for you.” So keep in mind that everywhere in the world is perfection and get back to your feelings, and let your life flow with your heart wide open.

There are a few ways of returning to the higher oscillations, that you could take if you don’t have your own strategies.

Determine where you are leaking energy. Such as, are you being consumed by the television, and the news got your brain? Or have you surrounded yourself with people who have no intention of taking The Red Pill and cleaning themselves out of their sludge? Or have you found that there is a sense of comfort in your old coping mechanisms that you picked up while you were still asleep? Just find the negativity, and you will have a good idea of where you are leaking, but don’t dwell there for too long.

Are you still following your disciplines or don’t have one? This is the first step to raise your energy again. If you meditate, get right back into it. Follow your signs to re-enlist your feelings and as you do your energy will rise. If you need help regaining your high oscillation then fast for a few days, either with “The Master Cleanse” or a raw food diet. With either of these two you should ease back into them, especially if you have been into the junk foods for a while.

“The Master Cleanse” should be worked up to because going from fast food to cleanse food is going to put you in a world of hurt. It is not a pretty site even if you watch what you consume, so take it easy. As for a raw food diet if you got back into doing cooked foods then you can simply start adding a few raw foods to your cooked foods and then increase them until the raw foods are digesting better.

You can also begin visualizing your goals, and be descriptive by feeling the energetics of what you are creating. It’s simple really to gain that energy level again you have already been there so go for it. Start to climb that road again and love yourself.

Here is what works for me:

1.    Clean up my diet, Raw salads, always back to Vegan (I just love cheese).
I love The Whole Food Farmacy cleanse to do this because, it brings you to a place in yourself where the cravings for junk just fall away and you crave the living foods that help maintain you throughout the day, and your life.
2.    Meditate before everyone around you gets up. This is so you can project yourself into your day and create what you want, before the sludge of the waking muddy it up.
3.    It’s time to take a media fast. You don’t really need to know what’s happening with Brad and Angelina tonight, or what’s happening on the news it will just pull you back down.
4.    Drink plenty of water because you will be detoxifying your body from those foods, and low energy habits you picked back up. You’ll probably need to clean yourself out and water will help to facilitate that movement.
5.    Breathe, this is a vital part because I have found that when I return to a lower energy, all of a sudden, I forget that breathing is essential to feeling better and return to a shallow breath.

Always remember to listen to your own body, it will tell you what it needs, and shortly your body will rejoice with you for listening.

Resonance cont…

Speaking of resonance, and frequencies. Recently I was visiting, “The Happiest Place on Earth.” I was spending the evening there with my family, and I had noticed a strange sensation. The sensation was fear, and it was not the first time I felt the sensations there. I was curious because I was sensing so much fear. There was no reason for me to be feeling fear in the moment. I had been feeling amazingly wonderful earlier that afternoon; however, I had recently learned two new techniques to block other peoples energies from intruding in my field. I suspected they might be the cause of experiencing this mysterious fear. So walking through the “The Happiest Place on Earth,” and feeling these fearful sensations in my body I remembered the techniques and applied them. Instantly my body felt as if the negativity were draining out, like a drain plug were pulled from the tips of my toes. Interestingly, I released my fingers, and the negative or bad sensations came rushing back into my body.

I have recently met a guy that does Qi-Gong and he taught me a few techniques to dissipate intrusive energies. The first technique he taught me was to close your thumb and ring fingers on both hands. This is especially good for situations where you are walking or need to be discreet, because the desired effect can be achieved sufficiently with just one hand, but more effective with two.

The second technique he taught me is a modification of the first technique for situations when you are sitting down. Use the first technique of touching the thumb and the ring fingers together. Now you can add the next step by crossing your legs at the ankles. This position blocks off your energy field from intrusions by other people.

There are so many ways to block intrusions, but it might serve you in your wellness to determine where you resonate. What is your frequency? As you become more accustomed to looking within to examine the situations that you attract, if you continue to attract the same situation time after time, resonance leaves you one option and that is to heal your creations through radical responsibility.

Radical responsibility is the understanding that the resonance you perceive with your feelings are transmitted through you. If the frequency you are transmitting persists and you do not shift toward a more stable peace, then it is you who keeps manifesting the nastiness you keep experiencing. There are other ways to heal and shift more permanently and I will write on those soon also.

Back to “The Happiest Place on Earth.” Sometimes we don’t take the time to realize what the kids are experiencing. For the most part, the kids will not want to leave at the end of the day. Consider this, the kids are being confronted by huge representations of their favorite cartoon characters, but not just their hero’s but the villain’s too! When we recognize that our children might not be able to communicate their fear or the fact that they are scared to us verbally, we can equip ourselves mentally to help them understand that they are safe.  So we can take the responsibility for our kids to reassure their safety until they can figure it out for themselves.

This experience has led me to choose to hangout in places and with people I resonate with.

Resonance

Resonance or frequency – we are all energetic beings.  Our frequency is the level we vibrate at. If you are curious about how you resonate, look around, every person and every thing that surrounds you and who you interact with is reflecting back how you resonate. Some moments we are high in our frequency range and sometimes we resonate with dirt, but it is always us. Hehehe.

The curious thing is that there are times when we find ourselves resisting certain individuals or groups around us. We can feel the vibration in the situation, because it makes us feel good or it makes us cringe. Sometimes we have the tendency to say that the issues that present themselves belong to them and not us; however, if you feel you have the need to blame someone else for how you feel or you are resisting a group or individuals, I would hold a mirror in front of you and show you the source of the problem. We are poised to place the way we feel on outside circumstances, and it is not entirely our fault we do this, there is a good reason for this. Our focus, especially in western society, is on the external. This is what we are taught.  Our eyes view the outside world and last time I checked they didn’t roll inside to check in. So, we become fixated on the outside world and our reaction to it.

The vibrations we feel are the difference between health and degeneration in a situation and our bodies. If you feel a good feeling in the presence of another person, then the resonation between you is healthy. In the case of those individuals you resonate negatively with, you have to look inside and examine the situation completely. Many times the person that rubs you the wrong way shares a trait with you in common.

In every case, the situation and how your feelings resonate with others is solely your responsibility. What I mean is there is some aspect of your being that is resonating to the particular situation. Whatever it is to you, it is an opportunity to examine yourself and discover that the peace is inside.

There are many ways how resonance can reveal your gifts; I will continue on this topic later.

What does it mean to Play Big?

Playing Big means having all of your desires fulfilled. So how do we get there?

The act of playing big requires you to have an awareness of yourself. You need to focus consciously on your language, your mental state, and the actions you are taking. Having an awareness of these things will bring to you fulfilled desires. The steps are simple and easy to follow because it is you that’s responsible for you. So how bad do you want those things you require for your dreams?

A person’s use of language is one of the easiest ways to tell where you are. Are you using words like try, can’t, don’t, shouldn’t, or but? If you do, make the conscious decision to strike these words from you vocabulary. Starting with the word “try,” as all these words follow along the same lines. “Try” is an action state that does not exist. To quote Yoda, “do, or do not… there is no try.” To try is to say that you aren’t really up for the challenge, or don’t really care about the thing you were “trying.” Additionally, it sets up a state in your subconscious mind that you aren’t really into the action before you. Let me state, that you are capable of anything you desire to do; however, your mind has to be into the action. If you use the words can’t, don’t or shouldn’t, you are telling yourself exactly what you will not accomplish. This is not playing big.  Using your language to create power requires you to use powerful speech, not strong language “@#$%.” Powerful language is language that builds you up such as, I can do this thing, or I will accomplish that thing. This is the first step to creating a focused state in yourself to accomplish a task. Remember that the language you use whether internally or externally will be one of the determining factors of your success. Additionally, maintaining powerful language toward your purpose or goals will further success.

The mental state you are in also has an effect. Do you feel powerful or do you feel like your just getting by? Perhaps you’re bored, or feeling maybe you are feeling stellar. R. Plutchik wrote in Emotion: A psychoevolutionary synthesis, that there are 142 words to describe the range of emotions in our language; however, there is only two states of emotion that you can feel, one is “Good” and the other is “Bad.” So check in with yourself right now – are you feeling good? How you feel is a choice, your choice. There is no way anybody can make you feel any which way. You always have the choice to react or respond to a situation. If you have a challenge in front of you its up to you as to how you go about feeling in any given situation. There is a difference that needs to be explored a bit here. Do we react or respond? Reaction is the process of using all your past experiences to answer a situation. The word states its action in itself to “re-act” like a do over and over and over again. If you want different results you have to learn to think quickly and respond without the emotion involved. This will help you in keeping your mental state positive. You begin to have the ability to see a situation as a singular event, and then have the choice to respond accordingly. Additionally, the state you are in determines what you are attracting into your life. So the better you feel, the better the resonance you will have to attracting and matching with your desires.

Playing big requires that the action you take be in alignment with your goals and desires. If you have a huge goal to get a new home then you should be taking actions that support this goal. Such as finding a new home to move into, and having a realtor to help with the purchase once you find the right one, increasing your income if the dream home you desire is out of your range right in this moment. These are actions for this desired goal. You are not going to sit on the couch and expect the house to find you right. You have to take action – to play big. Remember you don’t have to know all the steps, you just have to keep moving forward toward your goals.

What can be done to break away from playing small, realize that you have everything you need to complete a task – it’s already inside you. Just direct yourself in the right direction, and remember if you find yourself talking small, hit the reset button and begin again. If you find yourself feeling small (bad), just hit the reset button and respond in a different manner. If you find yourself not taking action like someone playing big, hit the reset button, get off the frickin’ couch, and keep moving forward. You will be on your way to playing big instantly.
