Just do you

Just doing you.  There is no reason to scurry about doing anything you don’t want to do.  In fact, some people would say don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right, but have you ever had an experience where your friends were egging you on to go out, and have some fun with them? And you finally gave in after some incessant begging, and it turns out you had an amazing time… Life is mysterious that way.  But when it comes to your beliefs, it is w”holy” important to follow this:  if you don’t want to do something, DON’T DO IT!

Now decisions are not written in stone, because we as humans change our views on things from time to time. And maybe you get schooled on something that changes your point of view.  Now this is understandable, but the only point of view to you that should matter is yours. RIGHT? RIGHT!

The reason for this is that while its great to be empathetic, you can really lose yourself in the process. All of a sudden you forget what you want. What you desire. Why in the world your here.  And suddenly you’re somebody else, being somebody else, lost YOURSELF.  This is not always a bad thing, except when your wanting to create your world and are to busy focusing on what everybody else wants.

One huge caveat here, and I want to make this distinction, you might find yourself  ”of service” on this journey.  This is a line in the sand because, from the out side it may appear that you have lost yourself, when in reality YOUR focus on helping others has become your joy and happiness.

So this leaves me with this point, if being of service isn’t your thing right now, follow your passion, let it unfold into your joy, and maybe it will be your way of being of service, because the world needs another person in the world being true to themselves, and a being example for others to do the same…

Let your love out….

Clearing the way!

It’s day 10! I have been cleaning up my diet again. This adventure has brought me back to an aid in cleansing, called Olefra, the last I had used the product it was still a powder, but now the product is a cold pressed liquid that tastes pretty good. the long and short of it is that I’m removing the dairy from my body and Olefra makes it easy to go back a more raw whole food diet while not having the effects of withdrawals of a SAD (Standard American Diet) diet. So, it is day 10, and I am having more and more energy day by day. Also the transition away from dairy has been relatively simple this time; in the past it had been a struggle to grasp hold of a dairy free  diet, mainly because, every thing tastes better with cheese  melted on it. any how i will post more info on the Olefra later

New car smell…

So as I awoke this morning, I had a brief vision of a sign,”Death is a way to cleanse the soul, no more pain, no more hindrances” Now can you imagine how this left me feeling..

Let’s just say that has been how my day has been going… All the old things like this blog have disappeared into thin air, but I’m ok with the new beginning. Its a place for new guidance to proclaim it self. So let me start with the experience i had while driving home this morning: i hear this or its close to what i remember hearing:

“As seekers we find that most of our beliefs were handed down to us by a
sleeping society, and that most of who we are trying to “be” is a bunch of
sh!7…Then as we search for our peace inside, we come across love, but
this love isn’t like the love we’ve seen around us, this love is so
bright it begins to burn the darkness out of us, and most people feel
it, and turn away thinking there is something wrong with them/us; the
truth is, accepting this love means not having any more fear, or disdain
for others… Most people would have to give up “who they are or trying to be”, to understand it intellectually, but to feel it changes everything… let
the love inside consume you, let it burn you down like a three alarm
fire, and all that will be left standing in the mirror is the pure structure of who
you are… let love…

So hearing this, is comforting, I guess for me it’s a just a sign of things to come.

Then I get home to post it here and find that Peace Inside has gone missing.  The old data POOF! gone. So the old site is dead, and we start anew…
